Now, a team of mother tongue translators can be trained to work with their own people to present God's Word clearly and accurately in a way that they can understand and use. Oral Bible translation passes all the same rigorous tests of written translation - team check, community check, back translation, and counselor check. And as soon as the recording is approved - whether a few verses or an entire book - it becomes available to the community. The wait is finally over!
