It's important to note that the pursuit of material wealth alone may not lead to sustained joy. Ultimately, the pursuit of joy may involve a balance between financial well-being and other aspects of life, such as relationships, personal growth, and a sense of purpose. Strong relationships, meaningful work, and personal growth are essential for lasting happiness, and money can't buy these directly. Jesus spoke extensively about money and its role in our lives. God knew that money was a heart issue and that it was one of the most likely reasons for someone to not follow him or to give up on him. For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil.
